We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our roofing and construction sales team. This role is responsible for developing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and leading a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in roofing or construction sales, excellent leadership abilities, and a proven record of exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Create, implement, and monitor sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives, providing mentorship and support to enhance performance.
- Sales Target Achievement: Set individual and team sales goals, track progress, and motivate the team to consistently meet or exceed targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
